Recontstruction of roof skylights

Old skylights, mostly steel saddle skylights with wire glass filling, fail to be sufficient for ever increasing demands on thermal insulating properties of skylights. There is also the question of the durability of the original skylights, whose maintenance and service were mostly neglected. Also, the load of the roof construction and buildings with original steel skylights with wire glass filling should be taken into account.

We design solutions to clients reconstruction of their original skylights. We can either make a glassed roof skylights, replacing the armored glass by lighter and heat better quality polycarbonate, while carring out refurbishment of the original steel structure, replacement of damaged sections, sanding, painting etc, or in the case of an inadequate state of the original construction, it is deconstructed up to the skylight trim. Further, new skylights are installed according to the client's needs: arc aluminum saddle with polycarbonate filling, PMMA acrylic, glass, etc. Alternatively, these skylights are then added with ventilation flaps, selfactivated-Lomanco turbines, fans, shadow line jalousie...

The same problem will help solve the facade glazing, replacing the unsatisfactory feature by polycarbonate glazing panels.
